MNM Estates Co. LLC wasn’t born in a boardroom — it was built through grit, work ethic, and the relentless pursuit of more. Our founder, Josh Moore, walked a long path before real estate. From cleaning up construction sites and dealership showrooms, to janitorial work in government buildings, to pulling 12+ hour shifts building HVAC systems, dashing food across the city, and sweating in kitchens — he's done it all.
In the grind, one truth kept hitting: that effort alone dosen't equal impact. What matters is where that effort is placed and who it's meant to serve. Anchored by faith, family, fitness, and financial literacy — the journey led to something greater. It was no longer about survival — it became service.

We also fund our deals through Other People’s Money (OPM), meaning we qualify each situation carefully and align it with the right strategy — whether that’s through our OFF market facilitation program, a creative structure like our novation program or subject-to (sub-to) program , or a clean retail listing through one of our pros.
